Here is some tips on to how you and your family can stay Healthy .
1. Try changing your thoughts on what you take in your body,like the types of food to purchase at the store. EAT 5 OR MORE CUPS OF FRUITS and VEGGIES.
2. Consider taking multivitamins with calcium daily.
3. If you are pregnant or have children under the age of 5 to help cope with the high cost of living I recommend that you get NUTRITION EDUCATION and HEALTHY FOODS FROM WIC. CALL TOLL FREE-1-800-323-4769
4. You can help your family just by making sure that every one gets regular CHECK UPS,SHOTS,SCREENINGS,and do not forget the DENTIST.
